Holy Land explorer to speak in South Lake Tahoe

Prof. Tom Meyer who has climbed the pyramids in Egypt, explored Petra, walked around the Sea of Galilee and explored the entire Holy Land will be presenting a lecture on March 10 at the First Baptist Church, 1053 Wildwood Ave, in South Lake Tahoe. The program begins at 11 a.m.
Meyer an author on the culture and religion of the Middle East, will speak from the book of Genesis on Hebrew thought and practice with an emphasis on the culture, mannerisms, and geography of the Holy Land. Educated in Jerusalem, Meyer will deliver a feast for the ears as he comments on his nrecent four year stint in the Middle East, as well as presenting a Hebrew reading of the first book of the most famous book in the world.
