Cold Water Brewery is Now Hiring in the “Shoulder Season”

Cold Water Brewery and Grill at 2544 Lake Tahoe Blvd. is having their pre-opening job fair; apply Thursday, September 4th 6-8 p.m. and Saturday, September 6th 9-11 a.m. The timing of Cold Water Brewery & Grill’s opening is just perfect. As the South Shore is getting ready to hunker down for the slow season and laying people off, Cold Water Brewery is getting ready to fire up and bring great food, great people and great beer to Midtown.

The beer tanks have arrived! South Shore’s only “all grain” brewery is coming together and the energy is amazing. When the brewery is up to speed, Cold Water will have 7-12 of their own beers rotating on tap, while featuring a variety of host handles creating Tahoe’s most unique tap system in town.

“Cold Water Brewery & Grill will create an environment as unique as its surroundings and is looking to find people that embody the spirit of South Shore,” say’s Cold Water’s Debbie Brown.

Cold Water Brewery & Grill will be opening in Midtown at the corner of Hyw. 50 and Sierra Blvd.
