Bread & Broth 4 Kids receives generous donation from Guild Mortgage

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - Guild Mortgage of South Lake Tahoe presented Bread & Broth 4 Kids this week with a check for $3,750.
The funds represent a company-wide effort through the Guild Giving Foundation that matches employee donations two to one in its more than 350 branches. The South Lake Tahoe Guild Mortgage has joined other offices that support food bank charities in the communities they work.
"This really helped us make a real difference in our local communities," said South Lake Tahoe Guild Mortgage Loan Officer Tara Offenbacher. "With rising food costs right now, it feels more important than ever to help children and families in need."
Bread and Broth 4 Kids provides bags of food every weekend to students in the Lake Tahoe Unified School District, giving them three dinners, two lunches, two breakfasts and snacks. They also have weekly food giveaways every summer. To find out more, visit https://breadandbroth.org/.
