Heavenly, Kirkwood and Northstar Start Selling Their 2014-15 Season Passes

Heavenly Mountain Resort, Northstar California and Kirkwood Mountain Resort, opened up sales for their 2014-15 season passes.

Starting at $409 with as little as $49 down and the balance due in the fall, skiers and riders have until April 13 to secure the best available price for winter 2014-15 season passes and six buddy tickets.

“Our commitment to deliver the best snow conditions is unique among Tahoe resorts, and this year we’ve proven that to pass holders. We look forward to offering the region’s best ski and ride experience for 2014-15,” said Bill Rock, senior vice president and chief operating officer for Northstar California. “The proof is in the snow. This winter, guests are enjoying Tahoe’s best conditions and most open terrain—and some of our pass holders have skied 100 days and more than 2,000,000 vertical feet.” Through Epic Mix, guests can track vertical feet, number of days skied and more.

“Between Heavenly and Northstar’s world-class snowmaking systems and Kirkwood’s well-deserved reputation for receiving the region’s most annual snowfall, pass holders can look forward to a great 2014-15 season,” Rock added.

The Epic Pass, Tahoe Local Pass and Tahoe Value Pass provide access to the region’s three premier resorts—Heavenly, Northstar and Kirkwood—with the combined 10,270 acres of skiable terrain and three unique resort experiences. Heavenly delivers an unmatched high-energy vibe, Northstar offers Tahoe’s premier luxury experience in a family-friendly atmosphere, and Kirkwood is known for its authentic, big-mountain ski and ride experience.

As additional incentive to purchase early, skiers and riders visiting the resorts this spring can turn in their day lift ticket and apply the value of that ticket toward the purchase of a season pass. Early purchasers also receive six buddy tickets for friends and family to use during winter 2014-15.
