Mega Progressive Jackpot hits at Harrah's Tahoe for $100K

STATELINE, Nev. - Another lucky Caesars Rewards member has hit a large progressive jackpot at Lake Tahoe. Robert Davis of Waco, Texas was visiting Harrah's Tahoe on April 8 when he hit a Mega Progressive Jackpot on Blazing 7’s (diamonds) for $100,840.67.

This was the second day in a row that a Mega Progressive Jackpot hit at a Caesars Lake Tahoe property. On Wednesday a man from Waterville, Minnesota won $592,470 at Harveys Lake Tahoe.

The saying, “everything is bigger in Texas,” must apply to the hearts and generosity of Texas residents, as Mr. Davis plans on gifting the winnings to his wife. The couple will celebrate 43 years of marriage in June.

This progressive jackpot is linked across Caesars’ Nevada properties—making them the largest linked table network in the nation. Linked tables for Pai Gow, Blackjack and Poker derivatives can be found in Las Vegas, Laughlin, Reno and Lake Tahoe. With the largest network of linked tables, this allows for jackpots to grow quickly, reach high-dollar amounts and frequent payouts.

Owned and operated by Caesars Entertainment, Harrah's Lake Tahoe is located on the south shore of Lake Tahoe, North America's largest alpine lake, featuring year-round natural beauty and the largest concentration of ski resorts in the country.
