Also in August Valhalla is excited to host the Wild and Scenic Film Festival on Tour, an evening of family oriented environmental and adventure films designed to entertain and inspire. The purpose of this special evening of films is to build support for Valhalla Tahoe through membership and to educate the public about Valhalla’s mission to provide the Tahoe community with arts programming and historic preservation.

Plus this season festival goers will have four chances to laugh the night away with the Tahoe Improv Players. Free Concerts on the Lawn will take place various Sundays and the Viking Room in the Grand Hall is transformed into a studio and gallery where the public can view original art and meet the artists who produce it with Valhalla’s Artist-In-Residence program all summer long. Consult the Valhalla Tahoe website calendar for dates and information.
