9:13 a.m. - Johnson Blvd: A 38 YEAR OLD MAN WAS ARRESTED FOR VIOLATION OF A COURT ORDER.

10:38 a.m. - Julie Lane: DEPUTIES FORCED ENTRY TO AFFECT AN EVICTION. THE TENANT, WHO WAS INSIDE THE RESIDENCE AND NOT RESPONDING PRIOR TO ENTRY, PROVIDED A NOTICE OF STAY

12:30 p.m. - Fallen Leaf Road: A 69 YEAR OLD MAN WAS TRANSPORTED TO BARTON HOSPITAL AFTER WELFARE CHECK BY DEPUTIES

4:32 p.m. - Grass Lake Road: EDSO DEPUTIES RESPONDED TO THE MEYERS AREA FOR A DOMESTIC DISPUTE REPORT. THROUGH INVESTIGATION, THE INCIDENT WAS DETERMINED TO BE A VERBAL DISPUTE BETWEEN THE INVOLVED PARTIES. DEPUTIES LEFT THE SCENE WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENT.

11:50 a.m. - Kirkwood: A 64 YEAR OLD MAN BECOME SEPARATED FROM HIKING PARTNER AND MANAGED TO WALK OUT TO KIRKWOOD INN.

2:20 a.m. - Highway 50: A 34 YEAR OLD MAN WAS ARRESTED FOR PUBLIC INTOXICATION

9:55 a.m. - Jameson Beach Rd: A 51 YEAR OLD MAN RENTED A HOTEL ROOM FOR CONSECUTIVE DAYs. ONLY STAYED IN THE ROOM FOR ONE NIGHT, FAILING TO
CHECK OUT AND SUBSEQUENTLY LEAVING BEHIND PERSONNEL PROPERTY. SUBJECT WAS NOT LOCATED AND ENTERED INTO MUPS.

1:45 a.m. - Minniconjou St: VIOLATION OF REGULATORY VACATION RENTAL ORDINANCE BY HAVING LOUD AND RAUCOUS NOISE

6:30 p.m. - Palmira Ave: 60 YEAR OLD MAN WAS ARRESTED FOR POST RELEASE VIOLATION.

1:30 a.m. - Kiowa Dr: A COUPLE, BOTH IN THEIR 40S WERE INVOLVED IN A DOMESTIC ARGUMENT. MARRIED WITH 1 CHILD IN COMMON.

11:28 a.m. - Glen Alpine Rd, Fallen Leaf Lake: UNKNOWN SUSPECT(S) FORCED ENTRY INTO THE VICTIM'S CABIN AND STOLE SEVERAL HAND AND ELECTRICAL TOOLS. THERE WERE NO WITNESSES TO THE CRIME OR ANY EVIDENCE FOUND AT THE SCENE. A REPORT WAS GENERATED FOR DOCUMENTATION PURPOSES.

6:18 a.m. - Kiowa Dr: A 49 YEAR OLD WOMAN WAS ARRESTED FOR BATTERING HER HUSBAND AND BRANDISHING TWO KNIVES DURING AN ARGUMENT. THE COUPLE'S 6 YEAR OLD SON WITNESSED THE INCIDENT.
