LAKE TAHOE, Calif./Nev. - The Tahoe Network of Fire Adapted Communities is presenting their tenth and final "Tip of the Week," an ongoing series for the public since they are unable to perform their normal community outreach services. All tips are ways people can prepare for wildfire while staying at home.

Wilder Than Wild Virtual Screening
The screening is supported by the Tahoe Fund and will be available to watch online via the Tahoe Art Haus & Cinema.

Wilder Than Wild Q&A Panel
Included with the Wilder Than Wild screening is a free Zoom Q&A panel hosted by the Tahoe Network. Talk with a local fire chief, forest management expert, and the film’s producer to learn how agencies and neighborhoods are working together to protect Lake Tahoe communities from wildfire.

Neighborhood Leader Meet-and-Greet
Neighborhood leaders are invited to attend a virtual neighborhood leader meet-and-greet!
During this Zoom session, neighborhood leaders around Lake Tahoe can connect with each other and share ideas to prepare Lake Tahoe communities for wildfire. Fire district and forest management representatives will be present to answer questions about preparing your neighborhood.
