Base Camp III moves to Hard Rock Lake Tahoe July 25

Event Date:
July 25, 2015 - 11:00am

Zeds Dead and Kill the Noise will be headlining Bass Camp Festival III at the Hard Rock Casino Lake Tahoe on July 25.

As part of the resort's BaseJam Summer 2015 Outdoor Concert Series these two bands join over 30 other artists in a day long festival on Saturday July 25. The day of entertainment gets underway at 11 a.m.

With firm roots planted in the underground electronic music scene, Zeds Dead saw a meteoric rise to international superstardom following their 2010 live debut at a seedy dive-bar in Toronto. Zeds Dead’s expert alchemy of hard-hitting drum and bass, heavy electro, and hypnotic house music is ever present, making the duo a staple of the electronic dance music (EDM) scene with tracks like “Lost You,” “You Know” and “Rude Boy.”

Headlining with Zeds Dead at this year’s festival is American “brostep” disc jockey Kill the Noise. Known off-stage as Jake Stanczak, Kill the Noise has performed on EDM’s biggest stages including Coachella, Electronic Daisy Carnival (EDC) Las Vegas, and Lollapalooza. With his fearless concoctions of electro, dubstep, trance and house music, Kill the Noise has gone from a faceless backend producer to one of the biggest names in music’s fastest growing industry.

Along with the experience of EDM all-stars Zeds Dead and Kill the Noise, festivalgoers will be treated to 30+ industry veterans and rising rookies like Savoy, UZ, Tommie Sunshine and Liquid Todd. Add these artists to the picturesque backdrop and relaxed vibes of South Lake Tahoe and Bass Camp Festival III shapes up to be a must-attend event for all EDM fans.

The daylong festival begins at 11 a.m. on Saturday July 25 at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Lake Tahoe’s outdoor arena. Tickets for Bass Camp Festival III are on sale at www.flavorus.com and start at $60. Special “21+ VIP Experience” packages are available for $120 and include one VIP ticket with exclusive access to a private main stage viewing-area, wine tasting and appetizers from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., one Bass Camp Festival commemorative t-shirt, and exclusive admission to the Bass Camp After Party with live DJ's inside Xhale Lounge from 11 p.m. to 1:45 a.m.

The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Lake Tahoe has transformed its back parking lot into an outdoor arena providing an intimate setting for top-name national artists and festivals through Labor Day weekend. PR Entertainment, Inc., built and is operating the temporary outdoor concert amphitheater that holds up to 7,500 people. The outdoor arena offers food concessions, full-service bars and a sponsor/vendor village to purchase retail items.
