Mardy Fish takes lead at American Century Championship, Wagner in second

Former professional tennis player, and 2004 Olympic silver medalist Mardy Fish took over the lead of the American Century Golf Championship at Edgewood Tahoe on Saturday. Friday's leader, actor Jack Wagner, is just two points off the lead.

"Birdie is what's the name of the game here and this scoring system," said Fish. He birdied all of the par-5 holes and three others, putting him in a good spot for the final round on Sunday.

Fish is in Tahoe with his wife, who is pregnant with a daughter, and 2 1/2 year old son. "It's been a fun week," Fish added.

Former pitcher and 2015 winner in Tahoe, Mark Mulder, is 5 points back. "Well, that's what I was last year," Mulder said. I'm cool with being in that same spot. I have no problem with that."
