Countdown to SnowGlobe: Schedule and Shuttle Information

In just a few days, the annual SnowGlobe Music Festival opens in South Lake Tahoe. The three-day music festival will once again be held at the Lake Tahoe Community College and Community Play Fields Tuesday, December 29 through December 31.

The hours have been extended this year, with the outdoor main stage going until 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday, and 12:30 a.m. on Thursday. The other stages which are inside heated tents will have music until 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday, and until 1:00 a.m. on New Year's Eve. This change was made to allow orderly access to shuttles at the end of the evening.

Shuttle service will run on a loop from the South Lake Tahoe Transit Center at Stateline (4114 Lake Tahoe Boulevard) to the SnowGlobe Music Festival Entrance (1 College Way) every 30 minutes. Passes for the shuttle are available on the event website, www.snowglobemusicfestival.com.

Shuttle Hours:
December 29: 1:30 p.m. - 12:30 a.m.
December 30: 1:30 p.m. - 12:30 a.m.
December 31: 1:30 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.

There is no on-site parking but there is a designated drop-off and pick-off spot at the U.S. Forest Service offices at 35 College Way with plenty of signage to show drivers where to go.
