SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – American Legion Post 795’recently made a food donation to the South Tahoe High School Food Pantry.
In the photo above, American Legion Post 795 Auxiliary Secretary Sandy McKnight and Rob Canny of South Tahoe High School and part-time bartender at Post 795, joined forces this past fall.
Rob had informed the Auxiliary of food-insecure students at the high school. Since then, four carloads of food have been gathered by the Auxiliary and delivered by Rob for STHS. The Auxiliary also supports the Food Pantry at Lake Tahoe Community College.
