DOUGLAS COUNTY, Nev. – According to the National Weather Service, a Winter Weather Advisory goes into effect at 4 a.m. Thursday, February 19, 2026, for most of Douglas County and remains in effect through late Thursday. Due to potential icy roads and hazardous driving conditions, the Douglas County Board of County Commissioners will provide a virtual attendance option via Zoom for its February 19 meeting to ensure continued public access and participation.
Members of the public may attend in person at the Historic Courthouse in Minden (1616 8th St, Minden, NV 89423) or virtually by Zoom.
