LAKE TAHOE, Calif./Nev. – The Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) is holding its next monthly meeting on Wednesday, February 26 in its offices in Stateline, Nev. The public can also view and participate online.
The Governing Board portion of the meeting will begin no earlier than 9 a.m. On their agenda:
• Tahoe Blue Event Center permit compliance (possible action)
• Release of the draft 2023 Threshold Evaluation (informational)
For the Regional Planning Committee portion of the meeting, it will begin no earlier than 1 p.m. On that agenda:
• Vision and Intended Outcomes of Cultivating Community, Conserving the Basin Housing Initiative – Discussion and Possible Recommendation
• Douglas County Area Plan amendments to Town Center boundary, sign standards, and an energy conservation strategy – Discussion and Possible Recommendation
• Douglas County Area Plan amendments to implement Housing Policies adopted by TRPA in 2023 – Discussion and Possible Recommendation
• Placer County Area Plan amendments to implement Housing Policies adopted by TRPA in 2023 – Discussion and Possible Recommendation
