SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – The Tahoe Art League is doing another round of murals in 2025. They are looking for local artists to design and create murals in the chosen theme, Unity and Community.
There are several high visibility walls along US50 that artists can chose from including the side wall of Samurai Restaurant, the side of Jim Bagan Toyota, one or both front walls of South Tahoe Middle School, and the section of wall on Athletex Gym to the right of the front entrance (at US50 and Sierra Blvd).
The proposed designs with an estimated budget must be submitted by email to info@talart.org no later than 11:59 p.m. on Friday, April 11.
The group may be reviewing submitted designs prior to the deadline to help expedite the selection process. For questions and specific submittal requirements, please contact Rebecca Bryson through info@talart.org. A full Request for Proposal with more details can be found on the Tahoe Art League Website at talart.org.
If you are a local business and/or building owner with a high visibility wall and are interested in having a mural on your wall, please contact the Tahoe Art League at info@talart.org.
