SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – The women of the Soroptimist International of Tahoe Sierra (SITS) club just wrapped up their epic Mad Hatter Tea Party, and are now in the final days of an online auction and vacation trip raffles. All funds raised go back into the community to help local women and youth through donations, grants, scholarships, and awards.

The two trips being raffled off on Friday include a week’s stay at the Maui Kamaole, located in Kihei on the Hawaiian island of Maui, or a week’s stay at a timeshare anywhere in the world. There will only be 200 tickets sold for each trip, so the odds are great! The cost is $50 and can be purchased from a member or by emailing raffle@sitahoesierra.org before midnight on Thursday, May 29. The drawing will be held on Friday, and the winning tickets will be selected by Olympic Gold Medalist Maddie Bowman. For more information, visit HERE.

The online auction concludes on Friday, May 30 at 8 p.m. Bid on amazing items including an adventure hike and lunch with urbanized black bear expert Toogee Sielsch, a ride-a-long on the El Dorado County Sheriff’s boat, lunch with City Manager Joe Irvin, shooting range instruction with the South Lake Tahoe Police Department, lunch for the kids with the Tahoe Douglas Fire Protection District, a NASCAR VIP weekend, food, wine, exercise, beauty, hats, services, hotel stays, art, and much more! For a full list and to bid, visit HERE.

The SITS club meets on Thursdays from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. To learn more about the club and how to be a member, visit https://sitahoesierra.org/.
