SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – Have you wanted to start growing fruit and vegetables at Lake Tahoe but didn’t know where to start? Have you already grown them but have questions? The free presentation at the Aspen Hollow nursery on Sunday, June 1, is just for you!
“Tahoe Fruit & Vegetable Gardening, The Basics” will be presented by UC Master Gardener David Long from noon to 1 p.m. Always the entertainer, Long will teach attendees about what grows well in Tahoe and offer advice on how to prepare and maintain their fruit and vegetable gardens.
