Kick off your Independence Day celebrations with the Red, White & Blue Aerial Showcase—a ground-based aviation experience designed for the whole family! This static airshow invites the public to get up close and personal with an impressive lineup of military, firefighting, and specialty aircraft parked on the airport ramp. There will be no aerial flying demonstrations, but you’ll have the rare chance to explore aircraft on the ground, talk with pilots and crews, and discover what makes each aircraft unique.
Featured aircraft include:
- California Army National Guard: CH-47 Chinook, UH-60 Black Hawk, UH-72 Lakota
- U.S. Marine Corps: AH-1Z Viper, UH-1Y Venom
- U.S. Navy: Gulfstream, C-130
- Cal Fire: C-130, OV-10 Bronco, UH-60
The event also includes educational displays, hands-on activities, and opportunities to meet the men and women who serve in the skies. Don’t miss this exciting and educational pre-parade event!
