UPDATE 6:00 p.m.: All customers have had their power restored except for 20 in the Sawmill Road area. Liberty Utilities had been estimating all up by 6:30 p.m.
SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – Over 4,500 Liberty Utilities customers in South Lake Tahoe are experiencing a power outage that occurred Sunday early in the afternoon.
Crews are working to restore power. The Liberty website estimates restoral of power around 4;13 p.m.
Many stores are closed due to lack of power so call ahead if going out.
