LAKE TAHOE, Nev. – On July 17, 2025, the Nevada State Police Investigation Division responded to a call at the location of Secret Cove beach on the northeast side of Lake Tahoe to investigate a report of lewd acts committed against a female juvenile. The incident was reported to have occurred at about 2:40 p.m. on that day.
The approximate location of the crime happened on the south portion of the cove near the boulders and water line depicted in the below and attached map image.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male adult approximately 5’7” in height with a dark complexion, a bushy black beard, short black hair and wearing black shorts and a purple shirt. The suspect may have a large chest and arm tattoo.
