SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – Sample the Sierra is happening on Saturday, September 6, at Bijou Community Park in South Lake Tahoe, with set-up taking place the day before on Friday, September 5. This beloved local event wouldn’t be possible without the helping hands of the community, and organizers are currently seeking reliable, enthusiastic volunteers to assist with everything from pre-event setup to day-of operations and post-event wrap-up.

They welcome volunteers of all ages—even high school students looking to get involved and earn community service hours!

There are many volunteer duties, and every volunteer who donates at least two hours of their time on Saturday or helps with Friday setup will receive free food and beverage sampling admission into the festival—a small token of the Tahoe Chamber’s appreciation for your support.

Whether you’re able to lend a few hours or help rally others to join, they’d be grateful. Your time and energy help bring this community event to life, and it can’t happen without you.
