SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – Heavenly Village Midway Art & Music Festival returns for Labor Day Weekend, September 4-6, and once again celebrates the end of summer with three days of free entertainment, live music, art, midway rides, classic cars, food, drinks and family fun.
Presented by the South Lake Tahoe Tourism Improvement District, the festival has grown into a signature Labor Day weekend attraction, drawing thousands of visitors into the heart of South Lake Tahoe and creating a vibrant festival atmosphere throughout Heavenly Village.
This year, art will take center stage throughout the Village. In addition to visiting artists and specialty vendors, shops throughout Heavenly Village will showcase artwork and creations from a variety of artists, turning the Village into a walkable art experience where visitors can discover unique works while exploring the destination.
The weekend is scheduled to culminate Sunday, September 6, with a spectacular Labor Day weekend fireworks finale, subject to weather and fire conditions and final approval by South Lake Tahoe Fire Rescue.
The midway is scheduled for noon to 9 p.m. each day, and the fireworks, if given the okay, will be at approximately 8:30 p.m.

Throughout the weekend, visitors can enjoy live performances, art and specialty vendors, in-store artist showcases, carnival-style midway rides and attractions, classic cars, food and beverages, along with the dozens of restaurants, shops and entertainment options throughout Heavenly Village.

Visitors can also skip the expensive casino parking and park conveniently in the Heavenly Village Parking Garage for just $5 after 5 p.m. The garage provides an affordable option and puts guests steps away from all of the fun without a time limit.
