TAHOE CITY, Calif. – The Alta Alpina Composite (AAC) cross country mountain bike team raced to a 3rd place overall finish at the North Tahoe Challenge in Tahoe City.
The top finishers for the team were:
Luke Amato (1st JV1 boys)
Emily Phillips (2nd JV1 girls)
Hollace Britto (2nd Freshmen girls)
Logan Robertson (3rd Freshmen boys)
Devin Hawk (5th place Freshman boys)
Many other AAC student-athletes contributed to the team effort with strong performances. The AAC competes in the NICA Northern Nevada League’s 5 race series this summer/fall with the next race for them being the Walker River Rendezvous on September 11.
