SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – Can you believe it’s already September? This month brings a festive week to Tahoe Paradise Park, including a fishing derby, the second-to-last Farmer’s Market of the season, and the final Music in the Park.

Enjoy the Farmer’s Market on Wednesday, September 3, from 3 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Come soak up the sunshine, grab some fresh goodies, and support your local vendors while you still can.

The South Lake Tahoe Moose Lodge is holding its 21st annual Kids’ Fishing Day at Lake Baron on Saturday, September 6, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. This year’s event will be held in honor of Giada Lancellotti, the South Lake Tahoe 13-year-old who died after being hit by a car on her way to fishing at another derby held at Sawmill Pond.

Music in the Park’s final show of 2025 is Sunday, September 7, from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The summer series closes out with the incredible Boot Juice. Bring a blanket, bring a friend, and enjoy an evening of live music on the lawns.
