SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – The Tahoe Ballet & Performing Arts Foundation has announced its kick-off to the fall session, the PINK & BLACK PARTY fundraiser on Friday, September 5, from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Tahoe Beach Retreat outdoor tent.
Pink and/or black attire is recommended.
This 21+ evening will include drinks, appetizers, a s’mores bar, live music, and a lively auction. Generous contributions from businesses such as Edgewood, Sierra-at-Tahoe, Mt. Rose – Ski Tahoe, Tube Tahoe, Elevate Wellness, Rombauer Vineyard, Tillson Law, Pelodog, R&H Aesthetic, and the Peppermill will help make this fundraiser unforgettable. A heartfelt thank-you goes to the Tahoe Arts Project, Lydia Rogers, and the GOAL Foundation for their sponsorships and continued support. Tickets are $60 per adult.
Proceeds support the Foundation’s mission to provide free high-quality ballet and performing arts programs for youth in South Lake Tahoe. Thanks to the community’s generosity, the Foundation offered a 6-week summer dance session at the South Lake Tahoe Rec Center and a 3-day ballet and performing arts camp at Valhalla in July. All at no cost to our local families.
This week, the Foundation launches its 12-week fall session, offering eight free ballet and jazz classes for students from preschool through 5th grade, along with breathwork classes and quarterly musical theater opportunities.

Together, let’s keep Tahoe dancing!
