STATELINE, Nev. – Bally’s Lake Tahoe Casino Resort is bringing the fun and the fright with the return of its legendary Freaker’s Ball on Saturday, Oct. 25 at 9 p.m. The 46th annual bash will once again take over Blu Nightclub, turning it into a Halloween playground filled with music, dancing, and one of the region’s most iconic costume contests, boasting $10,000 in prizes. Tickets, priced at $45, are available here.
Doors open at 9 p.m., and guests are encouraged to pull out all the stops with costumes that shock, dazzle or downright terrify. A live DJ will keep the party going late into the night as contestants compete for top honors in the long-running competition. Judges will weigh costumes based on creativity, originality, complexity and execution before crowning the winners.
This year’s prize pool is stacked: first place winners will earn $2,500 in cash, $1,250 in free slot play and $1,250 in Bally’s Bucks; second place winners will take home $2,000 in cash, $500 in free slot play and $500 in Bally’s Bucks; and third place winners will receive $1,500 in cash, $250 in free slot play and $250 in Bally’s Bucks.
