Sunday is the first day of Fall and the change of seasons is bringing cooler temperatures with it to the Lake Tahoe region. But, how chilly it will get is differing between the popular weather forecasters.
Accuweather.com says the temperatures for Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be 72,60,62 respectively. Wunderground.com has the temperatures as 70,52 and 63 while weather.com states 74, 58 and 66.
There is a 50% chance of rain on Saturday night which may bring snow to elevations over 8,000 feet above sea level.
Extended forecasts show mild temperatures next week and hints of warming back up to the 70s after that.
