SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – The Lake Tahoe Chapter, National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution, invites members of the public to attend the seventh annual Wreaths Across America ceremony to be held Saturday, December 13, 10 a.m. at Happy Homestead Cemetery (1261 Johnson Blvd., South Lake Tahoe). The ceremony will occur, snow or shine.
The Wreaths Across America ceremony at Happy Homestead Cemetery honors military personnel, veterans, first responders, and law enforcement – all of whom play such an important role in the life of the Tahoe Basin. Participation includes members of the DAR chapter, American Legion Post 795, fire departments, law enforcement agencies, and local civic leaders.
