SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – Are you dreading this time of year because of all the stress and feeling of overload and overwhelm it often brings? A workshop with Unity at the Lake on Saturday, November 23 may be just what you need!

Our brains can work overtime reminding us of past years of misery yet offering no solutions. By engaging our heart, we gain access to both our intelligence systems, mind AND heart. They both have wisdom to share, yet too often we only hear what our brain is telling us. That’s valuable because it helps us to survive. But it often keeps us stuck in old patterns and beliefs that no longer serve. When we are connected to our heart, it can bring a more expanded perspective. It is possible to approach life’s dilemmas from a more whole approach.

The class is from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and is facilitated by Hillary Bittman, a 45-year Tahoe resident. She is a healer, workshop leader, spiritual counselor, coach, and inspiring teacher, and now a certified Heart Math Resilience Coach as well as the Spiritual Leader of Unity at the Lake.

The workshop will be held on Zoom only.

During the class, participants will create a mind/heart map that will allow them to negotiate the holidays with more joy and freedom. We will journal, meditate, and share. Please bring a journal or pad.

Charge: Suggested Love Offering: $25 -30, no one will be turned away.
