SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – Cascade Kitchens Food Hall & Bar is inviting the South Shore community to roll up their sleeves and help create a new piece of art that celebrates togetherness and local spirit. On Sunday, November 23, guests of all ages are encouraged to stop by the Cascade Kitchens Food Hall & Bar to participate in the Community Tree Mural Project, a colorful, hands-on art experience where every handprint becomes a “leaf” on the mural.
The event will be held during two sessions: 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. – 5 p.m., and participation is completely free.
“Cascade Kitchens was built as a place where people could gather, connect, and create lasting memories,” said Bruce Marano, director of operations for Cascade Kitchens. “This mural is a visual representation of that mission — each handprint tells a story and contributes to something bigger than itself.”
The mural will grow over time as more community members add their marks. Families, friends, and individuals are all welcome to stop in, choose a paint color, and leave their handprint on the “Community Tree.”
