They say it takes a village, and it took a village to bring this year’s Christmas Tree to the Heavenly Village in South Lake Tahoe. This is by far the most beautiful tree we have set up in the ten years we have been doing this for our community.

I would like to thank the following folks who are involved with this labor of love project:

CHP Officer Burke and Stevens for providing the escort down Highway 50
Ed Cook Crane Service & Tom Loomis
F & B Construction’s Flipper, Brent, and Dave for providing the truck and trailer to transport the tree
SLT City Manager Joe Irvin for the coordination of city services
SLT Police Chief Stevenson, Lt. Crivelli, Sgt. Liles, and especially CSO Johnson for traffic control.

Heavenly Village staff for the lights.

K & K Services staff members Ricardo, Berna, Pedro, Caeser, and Jason.

Of course, we must thank Santa & Mrs. Claus for their special guest appearance.

Last but certainly not least, Heavenly Village owner Gary Casteel Jr. and Dreu Murin Productions. These are the two that had an idea to bring a tradition to our community through the celebration of Christmas for everyone. These past ten years have been successful through their dedication to our community. Celebrating a holiday tradition and bringing the town together with our Community Christmas Tree.

THANK YOU ONE AND ALL
