As the longest night of the year arrives, you’re invited to slow down, settle in, and honor the turning of the season at a Winter Solstice Sound Healing gathering at Paddle House Brews in South Lake Tahoe.
On December 18 at 5:30 p.m., this immersive evening experience blends sound, movement, and meditation to help you release what no longer serves you and welcome the return of light. The event begins with a calming ceremonial tea served upon arrival, setting the tone for grounding, relaxation, and presence.
The journey features three experienced practitioners:
- Feather offers tuning fork energy alignment, gently guiding the nervous system into balance.
- Tanya leads a theta meditation and yoga flow, inviting mindful movement and deep rest.
- Craig supports the experience with chakra clearing and sound healing for pain relief, creating a resonant, restorative soundscape.
Guests are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and blanket, dress in warm, cozy layers, and arrive ready to receive. No prior experience is needed, just an open heart and a willingness to slow down.
This solstice gathering is a chance to pause, reconnect, and reset as the year draws to a close, all in the welcoming space of Paddle House Brews.
