SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – The City of South Lake Tahoe has canceled its second night of the Festival of Lights due to inclement weather tonight, but the Lake Tahoe Historical Society is going forward with its holiday celebration on Saturday, December 14 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Santa Claus will be at the historic Osgood Toll House, a great place to share wish lists and take photos. The decorated log cabin and museum are open for free tours.

Enjoy free hot chocolate and cookies, and grab some mistletoe from the Soroptimist of Tahoe Sierra club!

Parking is available at the South Lake Tahoe Recreation Center, and walk through the festive-lighted pathway. There will also be a few parking spots open on the Lake Tahoe Blvd. side in front of the museum.

The museum is located at 3058 Lake Tahoe Blvd, South Lake Tahoe.
