SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – The Tahoe Transportation District (TTD) is expanding its popular Route 50 Express Service to include several high-profile events at the Tahoe Blue Event Center. In addition to New Year’s Eve festivities at Stateline and Tahoe Knight Monsters hockey games on December 27-29, 2024, and January 24-26, 2025, the service will also support two marquee 2025 events: the Lake Tahoe Reggae Winter Festival on February 15-16, 2025 and John Summit: Experts Only show on February 21-22, 2025.

“Extending the Route 50 Express Service reflects our commitment to providing accessible and reliable transportation for the community and visitors alike. By supporting major events at the Tahoe Blue Event Center, we’re helping people focus on enjoying the experience while leaving the logistics to us,” said Jim Marino, acting district manager of the Tahoe Transportation District.

Expanded Service Details:

New Year’s Eve: Extended hours will provide safe, reliable, and free transportation for New Year’s Eve revelers.
Tahoe Knight Monsters Hockey Games: Service will align with game schedules, arriving at the Tahoe Blue Event Center approximately one hour before puck drop and departing shortly after games conclude.
2025 Events: Additional service is scheduled for the Lake Tahoe Reggae Winter Festival and John Summit: Experts Only show, ensuring fans have a convenient transit option for these signature events.
