SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – The South Lake Tahoe Students’ Food Drive continues its efforts to fight against hunger in the community with a food drive at Grocery Outlet on Saturday, December 6, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of students and residents, and with the amazing support of Karen Goldberg, director of the South Lake Tahoe Family Resource Center, the group has proudly donated over 2,000 pounds of food to local families in need so far.
Bring or buy non-perishable food and hygiene items, or donate through the student’s Venmo account or bring cash to help ensure no one goes hungry this season.
