Robert P. Huckaby, a South Lake Tahoe attorney, faces charges of Possession of Child Pornography and Molesting or Annoying a Child Under 18 after being arrested by El Dorado County Sheriff’s detectives Wednesday.
On July 28, 2017, a report was taken for the annoying and molesting of a child under the age of 18. A search warrant was served and images of child pornography were located, according to the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office.
The 65-year-old attorney was arrested and booked into the County Jail on August 30, 2017. The two charges carried a bail of $60,000.
Huckaby was released from custody on August 30.
