Firefest at South Tahoe Middle School

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – Don’t miss the action-packed Firefest in South Lake Tahoe on Saturday, September 27, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at South Tahoe Middle School.

The day will be a full one, featuring live fire safety demonstrations, including the burn house sprinkler demo, vehicle extrication, and the ember house toss. Enjoy appearances from Smokey Bear and Sparky the Fire Dog, bounce house, helicopters, and so much more.

Bring the family and join them for a day full of fun!

The event is sponsored by the South Lake Tahoe Fire Rescue, Lake Valley Fire, Tahoe Douglas Fire, Zephyr Fire Crew, Fallen Leaf Lake Fire, CalFire, Lake Tahoe Basin Fire Academy, South Tahoe Public Utility District, South Tahoe Refuse, Care Flight, Cal Star, Liberty, Tahoe Resource Conservation District, Kiwanis, US Forest Service, Nevada Division of Forestry, California Conservation Corps and Tahoe Fire and Fuels Team.
