Meet Your Inner Wild: An Experiential Partswork Workshop

Meet Your Inner Wild is a one-hour experiential introduction to partswork, a practice for getting to know the different parts of yourself and understanding what they need, want, and have to teach you.

Through guided reflection and experiential practices, you’ll begin identifying your own inner “wild,” explore one part more deeply, and discover how partswork can support greater self-awareness, self-compassion, aligned decision-making, and less inner conflict.

No previous experience with partswork is needed.
