National Night Out

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – The South Lake Tahoe Police Department (SLTPD) is hosting National Night Out on Tuesday, August 4, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the parking lot of Save Mart, 1020 Al Tahoe Blvd. SLTPD will be joined in this annual community event by:

• El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office
• Tahoe CERT (Community Emergency Response Team)
• El Dorado County Probation
• California Highway Patrol
• U.S. Forest Service Law Enforcement

There will be a food truck and interactive activities for the whole family. National Night Out is an annual community-building event held on the first Tuesday of August. It’s designed to strengthen community-police partnerships and foster a sense of camaraderie among neighbors
