South Lake Tahoe Girl Scouts team up with South Lake Brewing for unique pairing event

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – Move over, milk—this weekend, South Lake Tahoe’s favorite seasonal treats are finding a craftier partner. At the height of the 2026 cookie season, South Lake Brewing Co. is teaming up with Girl Scout Troop 119 to host a one-day-only Cookie and Beer Flight pairing. On Saturday, March 7, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., community members can visit South Lake Brewing Co. at their 1920 Lake Tahoe Blvd location (near “the Y”) to experience a curated flight of five craft beers, each carefully paired with a signature Girl Scout cookie. The event features Troop 119, a local Cadette troop that will also be on-site with a traditional cookie booth for those looking to stock up on boxes to take home. Proceeds from cookie sales directly fund troop goals, including camping trips, travel, and community service projects. Fundraising helps to keep enriching activities accessible to all local members. “Cookie season is our biggest fundraiser of the year,” says Katie Joll, troop leader of Troop 119 and service unit manager for Tahoe Shores Girl Scouts. “Support from local partners like South Lake Brewing Co. allows our scouts to learn essential leadership and business skills while giving back to the community they love.” Event Details:
