Tahoe Climbing Coalition to bring Reel Rock 17 Film Tour to South Lake Tahoe

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - Despite all the snow on the ground, the climbing season is approaching quickly! The Tahoe Climbing Coalition (TCC) has lots of stewardship days and community socials planned once the trails and rocks emerge, but in the meantime, they invite the community to join them at their showing of the Reel Rock 17 Film Tour.

Don't miss three heart-stopping new films featuring the year’s biggest climbing and adventure stories: a wild expedition on Nameless Tower in Pakistan; a new cutting-edge route in a massive limestone cave in France; and a journey to Palestine’s West Bank to explore the power of climbing to change lives. The film tour is presented by The North Face and supported by Black Diamond & Yeti.

Reel Rock 17 is being presented at Lake Tahoe Community College's Duke Theater on Thursday, March 30 at 7 p.m. After the showing, there will be a raffle with prizes from Blue Granite and Tahoe Sports LTD. Tickets are $25 but if you join the TCC at the Pimp Juice level you’ll receive two free tickets! Link to buy tickets. All proceeds will go into funding TCC programs in the year to come.
