Of those, one is in El Dorado Hills, three in Cameron Park/Shingle Springs/Rescue, and one each in North County and South County. There are six cases listed here as new, but as one was previously put in the Lake Tahoe region actually belonged in a different region in the county. Of these cases, five are aged 18-49, and one is 65 or older.

Another 221 people were tested for the coronavirus and 216 negative tests results were received.

There have been another 11 assumed recoveries. One person has been discharged from the ICU, leaving one person currently hospitalized in the ICU. There are no suspected cases of COVID-19 in the hospital.

El Dorado County is currently in the red/substantial tier of reopening. To move to the orange/moderate tier, the average daily rate of new cases needs to be four per 100,000 residents, and positivity rate of less than five percent for the previous two weeks. See more HERE.
