Level UP webinar: Staying Safe in the Digital Age

The South Shore community is invited to attend the Tahoe Chamber’s upcoming Level UP Webinar on “Staying Safe in the Digital Age” on October 5 from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

In so many ways, life has gone digital, and we need to know how to protect ourselves when exposed to unhealthy or unsafe situations online. This starts with a shift to treating our digital safety like we treat our physical safety. From this perspective, in this interactive workshop, we will explore how anyone can quickly and effectively navigate common and emerging challenges in online spaces.

About the presenter:

Adam Dodge is an internationally recognized digital safety expert who believes you do not have to be a tech expert to protect yourself or others in the digital age. He has advised White House Task Force to Address Online Harassment and Abuse, sits on the World Economic Forum's Digital Justice Advisory Committee and his work and expertise has been featured in Vogue, the Washington Post, SELF Magazine, GQ, VICE and others.
