Enjoy a South Lake Tahoe tradition - The Optimist tree lot opens Friday

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - Support the youth of our community and continue a Tahoe tradition by buying your tree at the Optimist Tree Lot. Enjoy some hot chocolate and popcorn while picking out your perfect tree. The lot will be open Friday, November 29, Saturday, November 30 from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m., and Sunday, December 1 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. After this opening weekend, regular hours of operation are from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. during the week and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

This year, the Optimists will have the STMS Timber Wolf Choir performing at 1 p.m. on Sundays, December 1 and 8. Inclement weather may affect hours; for up-to-date information, call (775) 589-6500 or (530)545-8667.
