The Lake Tahoe Community College Coyote men's soccer team is headed to the California Community College Final Four this weekend.
After a thrilling overtime victory at home versus Feather River in the third round of the playoffs on Saturday, the team earned a spot at the semifinals at De Anza College in Cupertino on Friday, December 4. The Coyotes are Northern California's $5 seed and they will face off against Oxnard College, the #6 team from the south.
Their game is at 10:00 a.m.. Evergreen Valley and Mt. San Antonio College follow that game at 1:30 p.m.
If the Coyotes beat Oxnard on Friday, they will advance to the State Finals on Sunday, Dec. 6 at 1:30 p.m. at De Anza in Cupertino. If that is accomplished they will be the smallest community college in California to ever make it that far.
