It didn’t take long for the first baby of the year to be born on the South Shore. On January 1 at 3:06 p.m., Jayden Daniel Molina Torres was born to South Lake Tahoe natives Brianda Torres and Daniel Molina. Jayden weighed seven pounds, seven ounces and measured eighteen inches long.
Mom, dad, and Jayden’s six-year-old brother Noe Torres were all born at Barton Hospital. Brianda and Daniel both grew up in South Lake Tahoe, and met through Brianda’s family.
