SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – The Family Resource Center (FRC) has been operating the used book store “Bookworks” in the South Lake Tahoe community for the past 27 years.
The nonprofit’s store is currently located in the Lakeview Plaza, 3330 Lake Tahoe Blvd # 9, South Lake Tahoe, Calif. Their current hours are 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Saturday.
Through the generous support of the local community with donations of books and the volunteers who manage the store, there are currently over 5000 books that cover over 160 genres for sale.
