Harry Dally, the man accused of putting a bleach-like substance on food at two locations in South Lake Tahoe, is now facing additional charges of assaulting a custodial officer with a deadly weapon.
On December 4, 2016, Dally allegedly created a makeshift edged weapon while in the El Dorado County Jail and attacked a correctional officer. The officer did not sustain any injuries according to El Dorado County Sheriff’s Sgt. Tasha Thompson.
