A 24 year old Gardnerville, NV resident was found kneeling face down in a creek at Lampe Park on Monday morning. He has been identified at William Murphey Sheerin.
At 8:21 am, Douglas County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report of a body found by Park Rangers. Sheerin’s cause of death is suspected as drowning, however final cause will not be determined until after the autopsy and toxicology reports have been completed.
