Emmons matched the numbers 24-44-31-11 and 40 on a $20 Quick Pick® ticket, missing only the Powerball number 27 for the March 11th drawing.
As South Tahoe Now carried the story on March 12, that lucky ticket was sold at the 7-Eleven located at 3923 Pioneer Trail in South Lake Tahoe.
